Very professional but relaxed. Phone interview was done by the agency. Face to face was done by the hiring manager and a senior CSR. The hiring manager was very pleasant and sets a relaxed tone. Most questions are about the job and are situational. The interviewee asks for examples and details to assess if you truly have the level of skill you claim to have or know the job well.
