I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Melbourne) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview took place in a room with the interviewer and included some fairly challenging general interview questions. After that, I completed a computer-based assessment designed to evaluate how well I could stay calm and focused while performing stressful, time-pressured tasks.
There was initial video interview screening. Then a behavioural interview round with 2 people and technical round which involved clicking on screens. I find the technical round pointless and useless. No much context was given so not sure what were they trying to assess
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The technical round was about memory retention which I thought was useless. Without any context
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Jul 2024
Interview
Initial interview with hiring manager. Online interview with two staff. Final in-person interview with case study. Requested lengthly psychometric testing (over 2 hours), then no response from hiring manager for weeks.
