I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Jul 2016
Interview
This opportunity was a unique one to say the least. Interviewed on campus and then at headquarters was not impressed with either of the interviews and thought the questions were odd. Slow process. You should expect to not get this position because of the slow process. I would not recommend this to anyone. Do yourself a favor and apply else where.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if you we're the CEO and you had a major public relations scandal?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
