There was an initial phone interview which was basically used to validate your resume and to ask about your strengths and weakness. Afterwards, there was a face-to-face interview where you were asked situational questions and lastly, a final assessment day with the top 12 qualifiers.

1 interview with HR, very short to only understand background and interests by phone (around 15 minutes), 2 technical interviews with different people from the department. One online interview during 30 minutes and one interview in person with a duration of 2h with a visit onsite included.

Grilling interview process by Leadership Panel. Asked questions about my resume and checked for business acumen through a case study. The panel was friendly but expected crisp answers. Overall, it was a great experience as long as you can keep your cool.

The interview was conducted via phone by one person. The interviewer was overall kind and considerate, which made the whole interview process became smooth and relaxed. The whole interview was conducted in Chinese; however, there was a part where the interviewer asked me to do a self-introduction in English.
