Interview
Phone interview was conducted for an entry level role. The recruiter was nice even though he admitted he was very new to the finance area. After speaking with me he realized that I had more experience and he said he wanted to get my resume in front of the exec team for an open manager role. He later did that and after inquiring I learned that management was not interested in discussing the position with me, despite their having interviewed 4 people for the position and not finding the right fit. So I then passed on the entry level role figuring I would never be able to move up there. On to better things.
It was easy and good, I applied for treasury analyst role people are kind and ready to help. i think you need to prepare for corporate finance questions, impress them well
First I had to submit my CV. Then a few days after, I received a request to submit an online interview within four days. The online interview was through HireVue, where you had to reply to 3 questions (enough time to prepare).
