Phone interview with HR 2 weeks after application...then on site interviews roughly 3 weeks after phone screen. I was told I would hear outcome of my candidacy in about 3 weeks. It is 2 months now and no response from my original HR contact despite emails asking for outcome. This is poor since candidates give up their time to meet with the reps in the company and should at least get an update whether good or bad outcome. Candidates are also consumers. With this candidate experience, I'm no longer interested in working at J,&J or in their products.
