I applied per agent. The prosess took only one week till interview by J&J in Dublin. Overall very good expirience, paar question about myself and STAR-method questions ( was intervied in 2 lang. (German&English) for 1 hour). I have a answer about the result in 2 days after, and even I don't get a job for this position, they gave a great responce to my interview impression and explained that it was only about the level of lang., that I wasn't hired. I found it great, when company explain they choice.
