Interview
I had three interviews with Johnson & Johnson, the first one was via phone and the other twos were video interviews.
The first one was with HR and it went really well. She was so nice and she seemed really interested in my work experience; how I was doing, where I was working etc.
The second interview was with the direct manager. She continuously interrupted me during the interview and asked new questions while I was trying to answer the previous one. She was so rude and disrespectful.
Anyway, I also passed the second interview and had the chance to do the third interview with the head of the department. At the end of this interview, I thought I got the job.
At all of my 3 interviews, I told them that I am NON-EU but I won't face any working permit problems thanks to the master program I will be part of. When I received a new email from HR that says they wanted to have a call with me, I was expecting to get an offer. However, they said they could not offer me a job since I am NON-EU. I found this feedback racist because both direct manager and head of the department were NON-EU.
I really would like to know why I did not get the job to improve my interview skills but the only thing they could say was I am NON-EU --- even though it is written in my CV!
