Arrogant attitude from company, which continued once joined. It was a slow process, which again became a common theme at the company. The two words I'd use to describe the process and company in general - Arrogant and slow.
The second instance of the process consists of a Hirevue ashyncronic interview, was dynamic and questions appeared on screen. It will give you about 2 or 3 mins to answer each question, so you should be pretty straightforward.
