I had a digital interview, which I did form my home. and I was rejected. One month later I tried again, I was called in. The initial role I applied for and this one were very similar, and I answered the questions the same. The only difference in my part was I had a different suit on. I received he job specs for 5 roles (although there were 6 positions) and met with 4 Managers, 2 at each time. So for you to prepare for all jobs at one time is difficult. Normally you go on an interview and you can study one job requisition and discuss your resume and how it correlates with your experience. Also 2 of the roles were at a location that was to long of a commute. Also there must have been at least 20 people interviewing for theses 6 jobs just on this day. So you have a 3.3% chance for each job, if they only interviewed for these jobs for one day, which I highly doubt. Also interviewing with 2 people at once is a bit odd, I have never experienced this before. Then after your all done they ask you to rank the jobs.... and even the jobs you did not apply for, as you only interviewed for 4 jobs.
