Started off with a phone interview with HR & their usual questions. Face to Face interview took place with 2 members of the team, with a business case review. Not a friendly interview at all, it felt like being badgered during a full hour and a half. I am happy I didn't get a good feeling about the managers, it clearly let me know what was coming. I was made an offer, which was non-negociable in terms of compensation package. I guess they were desperate to find someone but that person had to be cheap. Turned down the offer, and will not have anything to do with this mickey mouse business in the future. Keep that in mind when you interview with those companies, not always worth it.
