I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
The process was ok for someone who is use or documenting themselves frequently. There was a timer of 90 seconds. This was the time you had to answer the questions. Although they were rather easy questions, if you aren’t use to recording yourself using the camera, it gave be nerve wrecking.
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Feb 2026
Interview

Question 1
Virtual, answer 5 prompts.
Things such as experience, why you would want to work for J&J, where you see yourself in the future.
Then they will review and get back to you.
Since it was virtual, there was no one to get in touch with to follow up, so a month went by and they cancelled the position.

Question 1
Why you would want to work for J&J, where you see yourself in the future.
Interview was pleasant and the team I would have worked with was interviewing me, but did not hear anything from the team after. The questions were quite typical, and hard skills were emphasised during the interview.
