Process consisted of 4 interviews total.
Two phone interviews, two in person.
Questions: Tell me about yourself, strengths/weakness, challenges you have faced, what kind of team player are you, what do you know about the brand.
Personality test first. Then video interview. Both online and remote interview steps. Quick and easy to complete. Think out answers well and complete when you have time to set aside in a quiet place.

There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a behavioral, then there was group case interview that seemed to test collaboration and there was a final behavioral interview as well. I would recommend really studying the Credo.
