Interview
There is no madate to interview a specific way so you may experience something different. That being said, hiring managers are encouraged to use competency based interview questions. You will be contacted by a recruiter after you apply and make it through the ATS. You will either have a phone conversation with the recruiter or be sent instructions to provide a video interview where you answer three or four questions. That video or call notes will be discussed with the hiring manager and they decide who to bring in for an interview. In many situations you will be interviewing in front of a panel of 3-4 people vs individual interviews.
