Interview
After applying on-line, I was emailed a Digital Interview, where it was a one way video of me responding to questions while being timed. They gave me 3 chances to perfect my responses, which was nice. However, trying to get actually speak to recruiter is almost impossible. They never respond to your emails, nor do they actually help you in regards to other jobs you may be looking for, which really made me not want to work for J&J.
