For the first stage of the interview process HR manager had contacted me via whatsapp calls rather than emails, had insisted on speaking their native language rather than English. For the second stage two leads from the Revenue department organized MS Teams call. They had not seen my CV prior to the call and referred to my previous job experience as "this small company of yours". For the rest of the interview the team lead kept scrolling through her computer screen rather than spending time asking me questions or listening to my answers. At the end, I have received an email from HR manager a week after the second stage of the interview promising the feedback within 4-6 working days. 14 days later I have contacted HR manager myself asking for a feedback, but 21 days later my emails are still unanswered and ignored. Truthfully, one of the worst interviews in my career, showing complete lack of respect to candidates, as well as zero professionalism and responsibility.

Face to face interview, with commercial analyst who was all over the place, didn’t get my name right despite me telling her 5 times seemed convinced I was “Daniel”??? and had not secured a meeting room so went on a 15 min walk around the buildings to find one, while she tried to contain her temper. Followed by a random computer exercise, which had not had any thought put into it. A very unprofessional experience followed.
