I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Mar 2021
Interview
Digital interview where I had to record answers to a few questions. Heard back in about 2 months and received an email about a request to interview using Zoom. They do the digital interview screening first, so I assume a lot of people would get the digital but not the Zoom.
The process is very smooth. HR call to screen basic questions like availability etc. - HM + Panel interviews, focus on resume and projects/skill level. Everyone is really friendly and seems generally interested in my background. Great experience.

question about my resume and the skills listed in JD
I was asked to record a video interview. Not given questions before hand. Whatever software they use took some time to load. You can redo your video twice if you mess up.

Question 1
Why do you want this role? Describe how your experience relates to this role?
Have applied for several jobs with J&J. Always comes back as a no. They only hire people who have had prior medical experience. You could have 20 yrs in other highly valued industries and still not get hired with them or even given a chance for an interview. Don’t waste your time
