Telefonisch, met recruiter die me opbelde op afgesproken moment. Vragen redelijk typisch voor telefonisch interview. Eerst gesproken over de achtergrond: de studies, het studieverloop, de afgelopen functies, het carrière pad, welke verwachtingen er nog in de toekomst liggen

First you are invited for online interview where you record your answers - be careful,
Questions are in Dutch ( although nowhere in job description it is mention as required or nice to have ) … if you answer in English - like I did, you are given a call if you can speak English as seems to be requirement that is the most important . It was an ad hoc call- where no discussion happened about job itself. You are to give immediate salary expectation ( without any conversation ) - if this is not given as you didn’t have time to think about it and there was no discussion about function- you will be rejected . Something is really wrong here

Although Dutch was not required in job description I was contacted after interview I recorded online ( in English ) to check if I can speak Dutch as it seemed to be essential.
There were at least 2 rounds of interviews, First rounds with 2 managers, and the second round with one senior manager. It was around an hour each section. Behavioral questions were asked.
