it started with an introductory interview then competency and personality surveys. Finally, a panel interview. It was a great experience and I learned a lot from this process. I was asked some hard questions which helped me challenge myself.

First round was a digital interview where you record yourself. Then alumni from my school who now work for J&J interviewed me through Zoom and asked some behavioral and critical thinking questions
