Very poor interview process. I had dressed semi nice because I wanted to make a good impression and show at least a bit of professionalism...only to be laughed at. I had never worked in manufacturing before. I wore the same outfit to a manufacturing company called American Orthodontics. They didnt laugh at me and took me seriously. I got thag job no problem. So if ypure applying to work at johnsonville dress like a slob and take your kids with you! Thats what my boyfriend did and he got the job! What a joke.
