I was contacted by an agency about this position. They set up the interview which was held at the agency's office. I met with who would have been my supervisor and the interview went amazing. Then they make you take a personality assessment. I got a call back the end of that week letting me know they decided to go in a different direction. I called the agent who got me the interview in the first place and asked what changed and I was told based on the assessment they decided I wasn't a great fit. For a company thats not a government agency, its strange that they even make you take such a lengthy assessment.
