First phone screen with manager to review high level skills/technology. Onsite interview in multiple parts: "who interview" - 2 people review all your past jobs and determine team sizes, skills, reasons for leaving, to get an overall feel for "who you are".. "tech interview" - one on one with tech lead where they dig into technology used and ask very detailed questions about design, testing, coding, concepts, etc. "manager interview" - one on one with manager to solve a white board problem "CTO interview" - one on one with CTO to review skills/technology/resume etc. Prepare to spend almost a whole day there but overall was an enjoyable experience for me.
