Casual. Was with 4 other people and they asked us all different questions in the back room. Made it better beacsue it was a group and I liked that. There are lots of socializing events which facilitates better working relationships especially across departments. Only bad thing is the DM is not nice at all and was always wacthing what everyone was doing. he came into this store a lot and it was just a bad place
