There is 2 rounds to the interview. First is a senior manager who has been working in the company for many years. She is very nice and her role is to ask more technical related question. Second/Final round is the senior manager, CEO and a few other managers who are not introduced properly. The CEO is very rude and offensive, he has a perception that employees should be loyal to the company and not to the manager. It is a very traditional company who believes in 1 job for 1 lifetime.
