Easy. They're looking for people that have common ground with other employees. Not just that, but people who understand hard work, who understand what it means the be "flexible" with their schedule. If you're a student, they won't hold that against you, however, if your schedule only permits you to work certain times that they need you... don't hold it against your boss. Other than that, the interview process was simple. Be prepared to answer basic interview questions. I used to do interviews, so bring your energy! B R I N G I T. DON'T BE AFRAID TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, BUT PLEASE BE HONEST. If you have the will to learn and do better to meet and exceed goals and standards.
