The hiring process took about 2 weeks. I originally applied to another location, but was interviewed for a location further away. My first interview was with the ASM, who read generic questions about sales and retail experience, and if you feel comfortable up-selling/changing a customer's mind. The second interview was about a week later with the DM, who basically just met with me to explain the (complicated) pay system, and offered me the job.

Easy process. Very chill and good environment. Overall the job is a very fun and relaxed environment with a little bit of controlled chaos. Would recommend for anyone needing sales experience
