Typical phone call with CTO, then tech screen and then an onsite consisting of a technical, a system design and a couple of behavioral interviews. Nothing too different from the norm
There were two rounds of zoom calls. The first was behavioral and mostly spoke about work history. In the second round, I went deep on one project in particular, discussing the context, decisions, and results. After that there was a take home technical assessment. Finally there was an onsite interview.
