I applied online. The interview process took est. 3 weeks. I talked to the hiring manager first, then a group of the product managers as the second round and t a group of stakeholders/partners with various backgrounds as the third round. I have only good things to say about my interview experiences with Juniper. The hiring manager is a very visionary leader with lots of positive energy. All the other interviewers showcased a great amount of passion about the industry and the company. Most importantly, the interviews allowed me to sense a collaborative and supportive culture embodied by the company. The recruiter Karen and Pramod were very helpful in scheduling the interviews and providing guidance along the way. I could not join because of the location. Juniper is a great company!
