      Technical Support Engineer III Interview

      Nov 28, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Bengaluru
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Bengaluru) in May 2020

      Interview

Very Professional and Coordinated process by HR 1) HR screening basic questions on networking. 2) Technical Screening- Taken by manager, scenarios, current job role, why juniper etc 45 mins 3) Telephonic Technical Round: Basics and Fundamentals of Networks 1 hour 45 mins. 4) Video conference: Deep knowledge check on Protocols, 2 hours. 5) Presentation: 1 hour. 6) And 7) Manager and HR rounds. 4 Weeks of interview, which went really well, but they kept my position on hold, due to some internal issue of approvals, said the profile is not rejected it is kept with hiring manager. Since it was already going good and I knew I had given the perfect interviews, I believed and waited for the callback. 4 months later with only HR and Manager rounds I was given the offer letter. Felt pleasing, this happened for the first time since it took in all 6 months, but it was worth the wait.

      Interview questions [1]
