I was referred by a friend for this position which helped a lot due to how difficult and technical the interviews usually are. This was for a lab intern so they didn't expect you to know much to they wanted to see if you have the ability to learn and increase your knowledge. The process lasted about a week. I went in for the interview and met with the manager and team. They all had 1 on 1 interviews with me and a couple of days later I found that I was hired. Straight forward, technical questions.
