I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Juniper Networks in Jun 2020
Interview
By far the best hiring process I've been through for any employer. I went through about 6-7 interviews over the course of 4 weeks and talked to a variety of people with different backgrounds and positions within the company. Although I didn't get hired for the position I originally applied to, they opened a job req to accommodate both my passions and skillset. The interviewees showed enthusiasm, asked a lot of questions to get to know me, and generally were personable and people I saw myself working with. The hiring manager was super responsive throughout the process, honest with me about what Juniper could offer (no sales pitch needed), and worked with me through the end of the process to give me an offer I was really happy with.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
3 interviews, phone screen with HR, then one with a director, and finally another with a senior manager. All of them were no longer than 30 minutes. The interviews were conducted on Skype.
