3 interviews. Last interview they requested a presentation. Overall ok, didn't get the job. Took forever to respond to emails. Unprofessional and unstructured. It would have been better if I was not led on for weeks.

Interview process took upto 3 weeks, after the selection process the recruiter comes back saying the position is on hold for now and they have stopped hiring... When there's no vacancy why should they waste both of our times setting expectations.
This is so unprofessional....
