The process was a phone screen with recruiter followed by 2 interviews (1 w/ eng lead, 1 w/ HM), ending with a case study deliverable w/ onsite presentation and workshop facilitation. The onsite was challenging but not due to product skills. Although the prep email claims that interviewers will have pre-read the presentation, that didn't seem to be the case. One interviewer asked lots of questions, making it very hard to stay on track for time. Interviewers took notes and whispered to one another while I presented. At the end, when I asked a question about in-office policies, the same interviewer refused to answer. I really enjoyed my talks with engineering and the hiring manager but the onsite made me feel deeply disrespected as a candidate and human being.

Question 1
Tell me about your best relationship with an engineering partner?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Justworks
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. 30min screen, immediately through to next round. Behavioural interview with Hiring Manager - pick a project, dig in. Through to presentation and live case study round with panel of senior Tech leaders. Again pick a project, present about it. Then a generic unseen case study where you had to come up with ideas live. Didn’t love the format of the last interview and didn’t move any further along in the process.
