Very scattered. The lead interviewer had trouble with follow up. Once HR was involved, they were not the best with follow up once a decision was made. I had to manage the process and follow up, up until I was informed that an offer would not be made. If I had not been proactive about reaching out, I would still be waiting on their decision. For an HR focused company, I expected more initiative on their end. The interviews were positive, but I never received any feedback about their decision, just a curt, we are continuing our search, scripted email from HR after reaching out multiple times.
