I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY)
Interview
They were accommodating in schedule. The phone technical interview was very straight-forward. The 3 part, in-person interview felt rushed and like the interviewers already had another candidate in mind. We were not a correct fit (actually looking for full-stack minded developers.)

Question 1
Given an array of letters, check that a string can be completed (including duplicates).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
The process was enjoyable. The majority of the interviewers were cordial. Some were even funny.
One recommendation: share the agenda. Interviewers names and respective time slots would have been helpful. Each interviewer seemed to know how much time we had; I did not.
The tech challenges were the type of programming challenges that you might find on codewars or hackerrank. It is not a terrible approach for determining whether a candidate can do the work, nor is it very different from the majority of interviews elsewhere. I enjoy quizzes, but there must be a more efficient way to determine if a candidate has the needed skill set.
I was not offended nor disappointed about their decision to not pursue my candidacy further. Justworks seems like a great company with some really talented individuals. The business/industry, however, seems as if it could get rather dry.
