The interview process was pretty standard — phone screen with a recruiter, tech screen, and then an onsite. I had my initial phone screen about 4 days after applying, and the tech screen about a week after that. The onsite was a week or so later, and was standard, a coding challenge, an architectural whiteboarding exercise, and a few culture fit interviews. It was a whirlwind interview and I got the sense that each person was there to give you the interview, ask their list of questions, and get out. After the interview, the recruiter thanked me for coming and said he'd be in touch shortly. Unfortunately, they completely ghosted me, even after I sent an email followup. I think this goes without saying, but, ghosting someone after they've taken a work day off to come see you is pretty unprofessional. Overall this was a very transactional interview process.
