The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Juul Labs
Interview
Phone screen with the recruiter who only asked me things that were already clear from my resume, for example “how many years of experience do you have in this function?”
Moved on from there to talking to the hiring manager.
From there, I had 3 hour long onsite interview. A couple of the people were remote, so instead of me shoved into a box of a conference room, they should have scheduled those separately.
I haven’t heard back. It’s been 4 weeks and the recruiter has not responded to my emails. They seem very disorganized.

Question 1
“how many years of experience do you have in this function?”
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Juul Labs in Apr 2019
Interview
I was referred by a friend and reached out to by internal employees. The HR call was last and I signed several NDA. The process was strait forward, no trick questions, and they move quickly between calls. Mine were scheduled back to back everyday.
