Applied online. Within 2 weeks they followed up with phone screening with HR. About 1 week later, I had a phone interview with a would-be supervisor filled with stats/modeling questions. The next week I had one last phone interview with another would-be supervisor, this interview more about fit. Finally, about 2 weeks later, I had an onsite where I had 4 30-minute 1:1 interviews.
