Applied online. Quick HR call. In person interview. The designer I met with was not capable of or comfortable interviewing people and it showed. Lack of communication and what seemed like interest. They were working out of a wework space which are not my favorite. Did a portfolio review. Heard back soon there after they wouldn’t be moving forward.
