1. Get an email if they are interested in your portfolio 2. Get a drawing test to make a greeting card 3. Get invited to an in-person interview if you pass the test I didn't like the in-person interview at all. The interviewers seemed very cold and unwelcoming from the very beginning. But I am glad I did not get the job, as everyone in the office seemed pretty miserable and the demand for artwork was too fast paced for my taste.
