Straightforward and effective. The skills based assessment was a practical test that gave a great example of the scope of work, while being challenging enough that it gave a good benchmark of skill level required for the job. Second in-person interview over zoom was delightful and management did an excellent job describing the company culture and what a day is like at Juvo+. Questions were standard and I was impressed that management asked questions showing they looked deep into my experience before the call, which made it seem like they really cared about who I was, and if I would be a good culture fit along with a skills fit for the team. It was one of the best interview experiences I have had. And quick too!
