I had an initial phone interview and was told by the end of the week interviews will be scheduled for those who move forward to the next step. Nothing happened by the end of the week. 3 weeks later they scheduled me for an in-person interview. After a 2.5 hour in person interview with 3 different people, I have not heard back from Juvo+ at all. They ghosted me, which is very disrespectful. I sent an email 3 weeks after the interview, asking if they have made a decision and they never responded back to me. There is nothing wrong with rejecting a candidate, but if a company does not think you are worth to be notified of the decision after 2 rounds of interviews, it is not a place you want to work at. Juvo+ did not treat me as an applicant with respect, and after 2 months, I still have not heard back from them regarding their decision after 2 rounds of interviews.
