I had a phone interview, and the director who interviewed me was really rude. The job ad was very detailed, and I noted in my cover letter several responsibilities that my experience matched. I didn't match in everything, though, and apparently the couple of points that I didn't match were the most important points of the role--which wasn't clear because they were buried in the ad.
