Application online and then a HireVue interview. This company CASC does not seem to respect merit. Selection process appears to be very biased. Did not proceed to the next stage. No feedback is ever given on what could be improved. They also don't let you know if you cleared one stage or not. One just has to keep waiting and guessing. It did not seem to be a genuinely merit-based process. I hope they do a diversity testing of the employed population.
