Very fast paced interview online and interviewer was very distracted throughout, looking at other screens and typing. Asked questions but didn't seem to really listen to the answers. Perhaps it went well, still waiting to hear about the position.

I was asked to interview the day after I submitted my application. I did a lesson video on YouTube then recorded myself answering 4 questions on video. This was a month ago and I have not heard anything yet.

Pretty quick. You fill out the app, then you are asked to create a short lesson plan and record a video of yourself teaching it. If you are selected, you will then move on to a video conference portion with 2-3 other supervisors asking you various questions.
