I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at K12
Interview
The phone interview with the supervisors was very professional and detailed. They asked very similar questions to the interviews I've been do for brick and mortar schools. I also did not need to wait long to hear back from them with their hiring decision. Overall, it was a very well put together process and the professionalism and helpfulness of my superiors has continued during my first few months working with K12.

Question 1
When did you go the extra mile to help a student in need?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at K12 (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2018
Interview
I did a virtual interview and also interviewed in person. The virtual interview was both audio responses as well as written as written responses to questions. It was not too long, and the questions were the typical interview questions.
First round you interview through HireVue and record yourself answering questions. You have two chances. Make sure you stand back and you dress appropriately. Think about what you are going to say because using the second chance doesn't always make it a better answer.

I applied online and about two weeks later they sent me and invitation for an online interview, which consisted of recording myself answering questions and typing out responses to questions. About two weeks after that they sent me an invitation for a phone interview. It was me and six people on a panel asking me questions. They told me I would hear back if I got the job or not within two weeks, it's been three weeks and I have not heard back.
