It was an act, they had little to no applicants. A very senior member of Corporate Management was in the room for the interview but could not be bothered to be engaged in the process. Spent more time on her laptop and Blackberry than "being present" for the interview. The Operations Manager at the time was very considerate and acted in a professional manner.
