The interview process begins with a HireVue virtual interview, which is extremely awkward. You're given five or six questions, and three minutes of practice/prep time. Then you basically talk to yourself, as there's no one on the other end to receive your answers. It's very unnatural, and does not capture your typical interview skills and mannerisms.
