First interview was a HireView video recording, that asked 5 questions, The 2nd was 1 week later and the interview was with 2 people, 30 minutes about role and my experience. The position was closed, then 1 week later it was reopened to allow for new candidate's to apply. It's been 1 month since that, and unless I email asking about an update they are radio silence. I did get an email back from the Recruiter that they extended and offer to another person, but they have yet to reject us. Unless I email asking for updates, they do not let you know anything. They are horrible with communication after you interview and apply.
