Interview
Interview process spanned about 2 months from point of applying to being hired. First interview is a phone interview with HR, then phone interview with dept. managers, then they bring you in for an assessment with HR. If you pass the assessment, they bring you in for a panel interview. My panel included 5 people. Next is an interview with the director of the department who gives the final decision. Training is 10 weeks M-F 8-5PM.
